The selection of these connection methods should be determined based on the specific pipe diameter, pressure level, use environment and requirements.

There are many ways to connect steel pipes, including:

Threaded connection: Threads are processed on both ends of the steel pipe, and then connected with thread sleeves, gaskets and other accessories. This method is suitable for steel pipes of different thicknesses and materials, and is simple to install and easy to maintain.

Welded connection: Two steel pipes are connected together by welding, which has the advantages of stable connection and high strength. It is suitable for occasions with larger diameter steel pipes, but its production is more complicated and requires professional equipment and technology.

Flange connection: By installing flanges on both ends of the steel pipe, and then tightening them together with bolts. It is suitable for multiple disassembly and installation of steel pipes, but its installation method is complicated and requires professional and technical personnel to operate.

Clamp connection: Connect two steel pipes through materials such as steel clasps or rubber clasps. It is suitable for situations where the diameter of the steel pipe is small. The connection method is simple and the installation is convenient, but the load-bearing capacity is relatively small.

Butt welding connection: A steel pipe connection in which pipes or pipes and fittings are welded together by welding. It has the characteristics of stable performance, firm connection and not prone to leakage, and is suitable for various environments and occasions.

Bayonet connection: including self-clipping bayonet connection and O-ring bayonet connection, which connect steel pipes together through clamping, eliminating the need for thread processing and saving cost and time.

Threaded connection: Connecting steel pipes together through threads, usually used for pipe connections with a diameter less than DN40. Internal threads are usually used to connect steel pipes and flanges, while external threads are used to connect two threaded steel pipes.

Bayonet connection: Connect steel pipes together through clamping, usually used for pipe connections with diameters between DN15 and DN100. It is divided into self-clipping bayonet connection and O-ring bayonet connection.

The selection of these connection methods should be determined based on the specific pipe diameter, pressure level, use environment and requirements.
